Mags’ Handmade Buttermilk Soda Bread

Made with wheatmeal flour, bran, wheatgerm, fresh cultured Arrabawn buttermilk, rapeseed oil, and bicarbonate of soda. A  winner at the Great Taste awards in 2014.


Mags’ Handmade Wholemeal bread

Made with 100% stoneground wholemeal flour, Arrabawn buttermilk, locally sourced free-range eggs, wholemeal flour, rapeseed oil, bread soda, a touch of salt, brown sugar, and bicarbonate of soda. A Great Taste Award winner in 2011.


Mags’ Handmade Multiseed Bread

Made with wheat flour, sunflower seeds, linseed, pumpkin seeds, jumbo oats, rye flour, wheat bran, malted barley flour, sugar, salt, yeast, rapeseed oil, and kibbled wheat.


Mags’ Handmade Quinoa and Amaranth Multigrain Bread

Wheat, Quinoa, Spelt flour, Amaranth Flour, Leaven(dried wheat/malt barley flour), sugar, Salt, and Soya flour. 


Mags’ Homemade Spelt & Honey Bread

Made with spelt flakes, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, coarsely ground lupin seeds, locally sourced honey, yeast, salt, and malt extract. A Great Taste Award winner in 2013.


Rich Fruit Brack

Made with wheat flour, brown sugar, mixed peel, plump Turkish sultanas, yeast, soya flour, salt, and vitamin C.

Our Tarts

Apple tarts

Our traditional and award-winning Apple Tart (Great Taste, 2014), made with wheat flour, free-range eggs, gorgeous Bramley apples from the famous Con Traas’ Farm in Moorstown, Cahir.

Rhubarb tart

Our traditional Rhubarb Tart made with our very own garden rhubarb, wheat flour, and free-range eggs.

Because our tarts are wonderfully soft and crumbly, we’re unfortunately unavailable to post them, but you can probably find them in  a store near you.
